Exchanges, Returns, and Refund policy

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Kitchen Kaleido Shop offers exchanges within 7 days for store E-Credit with total paid before shipping and taxes for use on a future purchase that is redeemable on site; only if item(s) is in original condition. Kitchen Kaleido Shop will not accept any items with any signs of wear and tear (includes dirt, makeup, pet hair, smoke smell etc) or must be in original packaging.

  • Please e-mail info@kitchenkaleidoshop.com. Once we receive your package you will be provided via e-mail with in store E-Credit

  • Kitchen Kaleido Shop does not provide pre-paid return labels for any products or purchases ; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received by our warehouse.

  • After 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • All sale items or items purchased with promotional code/s are final sale and can not be returned. Be advised all items on sale or used with promotional code/s are final sale, for your convenience before your purchase please double check.

  • RETURN POLICY:If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please contact first at info@kitchenkaleidoshop.com then send your item(s) back to our warehouse (please email first )in accordance with the following Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must not be used,distress,show wear and tear, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, smell, makeup, deodorant, or wear, etc.

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Kitchen Kaleido Shop E-Credit Card.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our warehouse Center.

  • Kitchen Kaleido Shop does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 1 day of delivery. Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email info@kitchenkaleidoshop.com

  • Return packages must include original reciept with note of what is being exchanged & reason for return.

    Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Kitchen Kaleido Shop will not issue store credit for your returns.

    Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Kitchen Kaleido Shop E-Credit Card for use on a future purchase. E-Credit Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

  • I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN'T SEEN ANY MOVEMENT FROM THE KITCHEN KALEIDO SHOP TEAM: There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Please note, MOST orders leave our warehouse center within 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) of the order being placed.

-In some cases our Customer Protection Team may hold orders that run the risk of being fraudulent or that need additional review or verification. When this happens, our Customer Protection Team will reach out to you directly if your order will be delayed due to it being reviewed.

-In some cases WE MAY run out of a hot item that is expected back in stock within a few business days. If this was the only item you ordered, rather than cancelling your order, it will be held until the item is back in stock and we are able to fulfill the order. When this happens our Customer Care Team will send you an email notifying you of the delay.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion
